order policy

you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and at that time no changes can be made. we cannot split an order to separate shipping addresses; a separate order is required for each shipping address. orders are processed monday - friday during business hours and ship within 2 - 3 business days once received at our massachusetts warehouse. 

shipping policy

orders ship monday - friday. we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, including the day after thanksgiving, nor are these considered transit days. you will receive an email notification once your order has shipped that includes a tracking number(s). please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. you can check your order status by visiting your order history under my account.

please allow 2-6 business days to receive your order once it has shipped from our warehouse. we do not offer weekend delivery at this time.

expedited shipping

overnight and expedited delivery is not available at this time.

international shipping

at this time we do not ship to u.s. territories or any international destinations. visit our amazon uk store as an alternate option at this time. 

covid-19 notice

due to overall volume and covid-19 impacts, our shipping partners are experiencing delays in their networks. we ask that you please allow an extra 2-4 business days for delivery, and to keep in mind that tracking information may take time to show any new activity. we apologize for any delays and we thank you for your patience.

we accept visa, mastercard, american express, and discover cards. please note that credit cards are charged as soon as your order is submitted.  

pricing

all prices and costs listed on our website are in us dollars and subject to change without notice.

sales tax

we add sales tax to all orders shipping to new york, new jersey, and massachusetts.

gift wrapping & gift cards

we do not offer gift wrapping or gift cards at this time. 

where we ship

quotable ships to the contiguous united states, alaska and hawaii, to valid street addresses. we ship via ups and unfortunately cannot ship to usps po boxes or apo/fpo/dpo addresses at this time.

returns

we do not accept returns or exchanges. if there is a problem with your order please let us know right away by emailing help@quotablecards.com. in the rare instance that your order is received damaged, contact us and we will advise what you need to do for us to issue a refund.
